About the Course

Foreign Trade & global business management program focuses on strategic planning for international operations and provides an in-depth understanding of the organizational capabilities required for international operations. It includes specialized functions like international marketing, import & export and intercultural communication. For those with an eye on global business scenario or seeking a career in export-oriented industries, this module will be a boon.

Objective

To prepare students for a management, trade or general business career that can be conducted on a global scale.
To develop skilled managers by equipping them with the nuances of general management along with a special focus towards global business.
To develop a capable professional with complete understanding of the ever changing international scenarios so that they can weigh and analyze the impact of those changes in the domestic market.
The students are taught about the; procedure and documentation involved in export and import, methods of approaching customers in foreign countries, currency conversion & fluctuation, raising capital from international market and distribution market.
To explore the factors affecting different markets, and teach how to develop global marketing plans.
